Mastic Asphalt Car Park Installation.
Modern Construction today has new demands, where car parks in the sky are more and more popular, with residential and or commercial properties usually situated below the car park. This approach to car parking requires a waterproofing system that is durable, reliable and seamless in nature. Asphaltech is a specialist in this type of mastic asphalt application having applied over 20,000 SQM in the last 2 years on contracts such as The Plaza - Palmerston North (see above), Westfield -Hamilton, Royal Court Rotorua and 910 Great South Road where our company had to replace a failing waterproofing system. This was replaced with a Mastic Asphalt 2 layer 20mm installation by our company while the building was still in operation.
